Arriving in a new country with your luggage, an unfamiliar time zone and a city you've never navigated before can be a lot to take in. To help new students settle in smoothly, Coventry University has partnered with National Express to offer a free scheduled coach service.

The service is available from Tuesday, 1 September 2026, to Saturday, 3 October 2026.

Who is eligible?

This free airport collection service is available to new students joining Coventry University & CU Coventry,Coventry University London & CU London (Dagenham & Greenwich) in Sep 2026.

Please note:

• Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only one voucher per eligible student will be issued.
• Your request must be approved before you can book your coach journey.

Which Route Is Covered?

The free service covers travel from:

• Coventry Campus students: Heathrow Airport to Pool Meadow Bus Station, Coventry
• London Campus students: London Heathrow Airport to London Victoria Coach Station

How to Book Your Free Airport Collection

Step 1 – Complete the Booking Enquiry Form

To request a seat on the free airport collection service, please complete the relevant form below:

Step 2 – Wait for Approval

Once you've submitted your enquiry, our team will review your request to confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

If your request is approved, you'll receive a unique voucher code by email.

Step 3 – Book Your Coach

Use your voucher code to book your preferred coach service through the dedicated National Express booking page. Your voucher will allow you to book your free journey.

Before You Request Your Voucher

We recommend submitting your booking enquiry only after you have:

• Received your CAS letter
• Obtained your UK student visa
• Confirmed your travel plans
• Booked your accommodation

Having these arrangements in place will help ensure your airport collection can be booked successfully.

Before You Travel

Please make sure you:

• Allow plenty of time between your flight arrival and coach departure to clear UK immigration, collect your luggage, and pass through customs.
• Check National Express luggage allowances before you travel.
• Keep your e-ticket available on your phone or as a printed copy.
• Ensure you have access to Wi-Fi or a UK SIM card in case you need assistance during your journey.
